Official Shop Mascot  Battery. Best Friend. Professional Troublemaker.  Nobody knows exactly how old Zap is.  Some say he was built in a secret battery factory.  Some say he fell out of a lightning storm.  Bo says he's simply "the reason my hair fell out."  Here's what everyone agrees on... The Day Bo Met Zap  Years ago, Bo was rebuilding an old battery pack that looked absolutely hopeless. It was covered in dust. The terminals were corroded. The label had faded away decades earlier. Most people would've tossed it in the trash. But Bo looked at it and said, "Let's see if you've got one more charge left in you." The moment he connected the last wire... POOF!  A tiny spark shot across the bench.  The lights flickered. The radio changed stations by itself. The coffee maker started brewing. And out popped the happiest little battery anyone had ever seen. "HI!" he shouted. Bo blinked. "...Did...did that battery just talk?" "Yep!" said the battery. "Name's Zap!" Bo stood there in complete silence. Zap gave him a thumbs-up. Then, I accidentally welded Bo's screwdriver to the workbench. That's how their friendship began.
